I’m John Doerler, Co-Founder of Orca Strategic Group, Real Estate Business Consultant, and Creative Finance Expert, with a passion for helping homeowners and investors navigate complex real estate situations.  My journey in real estate began after a decade-long career as a Journeyman Electrician with IBEW Local 269, where I honed my skills in problem-solving, discipline, and project management — qualities that now serve me in structuring creative real estate deals.

Before diving into real estate, I went through a major life transition that pushed me to rebuild and refocus.  In my first six months in the industry, I accomplished more that I ever imagined — closing deals, building valuable relationships, and proving that with the right mindset and strategies, success is within reach.

With years of hands-on experience, I specialize in seller financing, subject-to transactions, lease options, and other creative strategies, helping investors with minimal upfront capital while providing struggling homeowners with alternatives to foreclosure.
