1. Program Description
When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. Orca Strategic Group, LLC uses SMS messaging to communicate with homeowners, agents, and partners regarding property evaluations, consultation scheduling, document requests, and strategy updates.
2. Consent and Opt-In
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our intake forms, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from Orca Strategic Group, LLC at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
3. Cancellation / Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number from which you received the message.
After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
4. Help and Support

5. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Message and Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your active files and inquiries. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
